Gavv just texted me. They've opened up the last 1/3 of the ballroom for Main Programming making this year's Central HELLfest THE BIGGEST HELL EVAR. Somebody get a few snaps of the crowd for me.

We get a fair amount of traffic to the AnimeHELL website from the Animazment entry at Wikipedia. I never thought to look for an AnimeHELL entry until just the other day. I don't know why, but I was surprised that there wasn't any.
After watching Atomic Cafe I decided to play all my Atomic P0rn over the weekend. And I gotta say I love the names they gave to the nuclear tests. Buster-Jangle. Tumbler-Snapper. Upshot-Knothole. Who comes up with this stuff?
My head hurts.
I had trouble sleeping last night. I dreamt of one room cabins in a dark forest. With hard dirt floors. And trying to dig into the packed dirt and clay floor with a dull spade. And headless corpses and, or course, corpseless heads rolling across that hard dirt floor. And cold embers in the hearth where something still glowed. It was all very Edgar Allen Poe, but not the fun Roger Corman/Vincent Price kind of Poe.
Just been told we've been scheduled for Friday AND Saturday night at A-Kon this year. So if you miss the show Friday night...plan accordingly.

I just noticed a new set of dents on my car from the hailstorm the other night. This is why we can't have nice things!

There's another storm going through, so It's another day of popping eardrums.
My hearing is coming back, sorta. It's nothing like it used to be, but I can function. Plus it gives me an excuse to ignore anyone and blame it on my ears. I'm still hoping that things will improve in the next week or so.
